Availability Window: Sun 18:00–22:00; Mon 18:00–22:00; Tue 18:00–22:00; Wed 18:00–22:00; Thu 18:00–22:00; Sat 18:00–22:00; Fri 18:00–22:00.

Remuneration: £14.18 per hour, increasing to £15.45 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

Hours: Minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with flexibility to work 12–16 hours if preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering customer orders and ensuring a high-quality service experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organised van and trays.
  • Keep the loading area tidy and free of rubbish.
  • Wash trays as part of the tray wash process.
  • Load the van and verify roadworthiness of the vehicle.
  • Communicate with customers regarding changes to their orders, including substitutions, and offer refunds for any issues.
  • Handle deliveries carefully, treating products as one’s own.
  • Explain substitution pricing to customers.
  • Deliver within the customer’s allocated time slot.
  • Call customers before arrival if arriving early.
  • Notify the store/centre if running 30 minutes or more late.

  • Build relationships with colleagues to foster team spirit and support store operations.
  • Warmly welcome customers and colleagues.
  • Respond swiftly to changing customer needs.
  • Maintain an energetic and driven attitude to exceed expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (Full or Automatic) held for at least 12 months, with no more than three penalty points.
