Availability Window Days: Sun 06:00:00‑11:15:00, Fri 00:00:00‑06:00:00, Sat 06:00:00‑12:00:00. We schedule contracted hours within these times and give you three weeks' notice of shifts.
Pay and Guaranteed Hours: Paid from £13.38 an hour, rising to £14.59 for stores inside the M25. We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with the option to work as few as 12 hours.
Responsibilities:
- Know your customers and serve them with passion and pride.
- Bake fresh products throughout the day, minimising waste and ensuring yield.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality.
- Adhere to food hygiene, safety, and allergen guidelines.
- Apply training so work is safe, effective, and customers are served brilliantly.
- Check emergency stop buttons and machinery safety before use; report issues to Shift Leader/Team Manager.
- Dispose of waste responsibly, following food waste and recycling routines.
- Understand store performance and contribute to service and sales improvement.
- Live our values, make everyone feel welcome, and follow policies.
- Assist in service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
