Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours a week, with flexible part‑time options down to 12 hours. We love to hear from candidates wanting fewer hours. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and you'll have 3 weeks' notice of exactly when your shifts will be. We support flexibility; if your availability closely matches, let us know.

  • Work across the store in service, picking, and replenishment areas as required.

Eligibility

Applicants must be over 18 if the role requires working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm or involves work in areas such as the warehouse, beer, wine, spirit sections, counters, bakery, or driving roles. We will only recruit individuals who have passed the school leaver’s age. Please note School leavers age requirements vary by country.
