- Sun 18:00 – 22:00
- Tue 08:00 – 18:00

Rate of pay starts from £14.18 an hour; it increases to £15.45 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week and, if desired, a minimum of 12 hours.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the van and trays used are clean and kept tidy/organised.
- Leave the back yard clean, tidy and clear of rubbish, and pick up litter as seen.
- Wash trays as part of the tray wash process.
- Load the van as required and check the van for roadworthiness.
- Talk to the customer about any changes to their order, including substitutions and offer a refund for any dissatisfaction.
- Take care of products/deliveries as if they were one’s own.
- Explain to the customer that they will not be charged further for substitutions.
- Deliver during the customer’s time slot.
- Call the customer before arriving at their property if early.
- Call the store/centre if running 30 or more minutes late.
- Build relationships with colleagues to create team spirit and support the store’s best service.
- Be warm and welcoming in interactions with customers and colleagues, thank them, and understand their needs.
- Respond quickly to changing customer needs and embrace change within the store.
- Be energetic and driven to deliver beyond expectations, integrating home and work for balance.
- Share ideas with the Manager and other colleagues on how to improve the store for customers.
Qualifications:
- A valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (Full or Automatic only) with at least 12 months’ experience and no more than 3 penalty points.

Eligibility: Applicants must have passed the school leaver’s age for their country. Candidates must be over the age of 18 if the role requires working before 6:15 am, after 9:45 pm or involves activities such as warehouse, beer, wine and spirit handling, counters, bakery and driving roles.
