The predicted salary is between 13 - 14 € per hour.

Availability Window: Mon 10:00-18:00, Wed 13:00-19:00, Sat 07:00-17:00

Pay: Starting rate is £13.28 per hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

Hours: Minimum guaranteed: 16 hours per week. Reduced hours are possible (minimum 12). Availability windows are used to schedule your contracted hours, with at least 3 weeks' notice of shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve shoppers effectively and provide great natural service.
  • Show knowledge of products and services within the store.
  • Work across service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
  • Apply training to work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.
  • Make customer‑centric decisions and deliver routines.
  • Participate in seasonal, community and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere.
  • Understand store performance and contribute to service, sales, waste, shrink and profitability.
  • Handle products with care to maintain quality.
  • Live Tesco values, make everyone feel welcome and follow policies.
  • May need to accept deliveries into the store.
