Pay
Rate starts from 13.28 an hour; increases to 14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
Guaranteed Hours
Minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with options for 12 hours.
Shift Scheduling
Hours will be scheduled within the availability windows with 3 weeks' notice of shifts.

- Controlling and protecting keys stored at the desk.
- Communicating clearly with Shift Leaders, Managers and Security.
- Participating in seasonal, community and charity events.
- Working across service, picking and replenishment areas as needed.
- Handling products with care to maintain quality.

- Eligibility for Early or Late Shifts
We can only accept candidates over the age of 18 if the role requires working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm, or if it involves specific areas such as the warehouse or driving roles.
