Booker Group, part of Tesco plc, is seeking experienced butchers to run our butchery departments and treat them like their own business.
You will work with customers to develop their business, understand your local market and provide excellent service.
You will lead stock management, maintain high food safety standards, cut meat to order, manage displays and coordinate deliveries while working with the Store Manager to drive sales and profitability.
