Availability Window

Days available: Sunday 15:15–23:00, Monday 16:00–23:00, Friday 15:15–23:00. Contracted hours are scheduled within these windows, with at least 3 weeks’ notice. A minimum of 16 hours per week is guaranteed, although roles from 12 hours are also available.

Pay and Working Hours

Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. Guaranteed minimum 16 hours per week, with roles from 12 hours available.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
  • Work across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, serving as the go‑to person for day‑to‑day operational queries.
  • Build positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
  • Confidently lead the store in the manager’s absence.
  • Make balanced, flexible decisions and adapt well to change.
  • Coach colleagues, give feedback, and role‑model great service.
  • Stay curious and seek opportunities to serve our customers, communities, and planet a little better every day.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Experience working in a team‑lead or management position in a fast‑paced retail environment.
