Shift Lead Role:

  • Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
  • Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day‑to‑day operational queries.
  • Building positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
  • Confidently leading the store in the Manager’s absence.
  • Making balanced, flexible decisions and adapting well to change.
  • Coaching colleagues, giving feedback, and role‑modeling great service.
  • Staying curious and seeking opportunities to serve our customers, communities, and planet a little better every day.

Compensation & Hours:

  • Pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 within the M25.
  • Some locations may offer additional payments.
  • Minimum of 16 hours per week guaranteed; roles from 12 hours are also available.
  • Hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of shifts.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 or over.
  • Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Be a strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer’s needs are met.
  • Build positive, long‑lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment.
  • A clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
