Availability Window
Days and times you are expected to be available: Sun 14:00‑21:00, Thu 15:00‑20:00, Sat 14:00‑20:00. We will schedule your hours within these windows and give you three weeks’ notice of exactly when your shifts will be.
Responsibilities
- Serve shoppers and help create a better shopping experience each day.
- Work across the store – service, picking, replenishment – to keep shelves stocked and customers satisfied.
- Apply the training you receive to work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.
- Make decisions that are right for customers and deliver routines in store that meet their needs at the right time.
- Take part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere.
- Understand your store’s performance, drive service and sales, reduce waste and shrink, and deliver profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
- Live the Tesco values, make everyone feel welcome and always follow our policies.
- Accept deliveries into the store as required.
