Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. It is our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but you may also work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) if that suits your schedule.

  • May be required to accept deliveries into the store.
