Availability Window: Wed 06:00‑10:00, Thu 06:00‑14:00, Fri 06:00‑11:00, Sat 14:00‑23:00

Pay: £13.28 an hour, rising to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

Working Hours: Minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week; optional 12‑hour shifts available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers across the store, providing excellent service.
  • Work in service, picking and replenishment areas.
  • Apply training safely and effectively.
  • Make decisions that meet customer needs at the right time.
  • Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
  • Support store performance by monitoring sales, waste, shrink and profit.
  • Handle products with care to maintain quality.
  • Accept deliveries into the store when required.
