Availability & Working Hours
Work is scheduled within the following windows: Wednesday 22:00–07:00, Thursday 22:00–07:00, Friday 22:00–07:00, Saturday 22:00–07:00. We aim to offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with flexibility for a minimum of 12 hours.

Compensation
Pay rates start at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 for stores located within the M25. Additional night premium of £2.35 per hour is paid for hours worked between midnight and 6 am.

Responsibilities

  • Serve shoppers daily and help them find what they need.
  • Build relationships with customers, ensuring a welcoming and memorable shopping experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of store products and services.
  • Work across service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
  • Apply training to work safely and effectively.
  • Make customer‑centric decisions and deliver routines that meet their needs.
  • Participate in seasonal, community and charity events, fostering an inclusive atmosphere.
  • Track store performance, contribute to service and sales targets, reduce waste and shrink, and support profit goals.
