Availability Thursday 23:00 – 07:30, Friday 23:00 – 07:30, Saturday 23:00 – 07:30.

Pay and Hours

Base hourly rate: £13.28 (£14.55 within the M25). A night premium of £2.35 per hour is paid for hours worked between midnight and 6am. The role offers a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with the option to work as few as 12 hours.

Responsibilities

  • Serve shoppers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Meet and greet customers, building rapport and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Work across the store in service, picking, and replenishment areas as required.
  • Apply training to work safely, effectively and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Make decisions that favour customers and deliver routines that meet their needs at the right time.
  • Take part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere.
  • Understand store performance, contribute to service and sales improvement, and help reduce waste and shrinkage.
  • Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Accept deliveries into the store when required.
