About the role
This is a part-time role for 20 hours per week. This is a seasonal temporary role.
Responsibilities
- Picking and dispatch of goods using a handheld terminal.
- Ensuring packing is robust and prepared for delivery.
- Checking quality, shelf life, and packaging.
- Processing deliveries efficiently to meet target.
- Serving on tills and filling shelves.
- Providing a high standard of customer service, responding to queries and complaints.
- Working with delivery staff politely and referring complex issues.
- Meeting designated pick rates.
Requirements & Expectations
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile.
- Can-do attitude, comfortable working to meet pick rates.
- Always punctual, properly presented.
- Age 18+ required if role works before 6:15am or after 9:45pm, or in warehouse, beer, wine & spirits, driving roles.
