Availability Window: Sun 18:00‑22:00, Tue 19:00‑23:00, Thu 19:00‑23:00, Fri 18:00‑22:00.

Pay and Working Hours: Rate starts from £14.18 per hour. Minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week; may work as few as 12 hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure van and trays are clean and organised.
  • Keep back yard clean, tidy and free of rubbish, and pick up litter.
  • Wash trays as part of the tray wash process.
  • Load van as required and check the van for roadworthiness.
  • Communicate with customers regarding changes to orders, offer refunds for unsatisfied items, and explain that no extra charges apply for substitutions.
  • Deliver during the customer's time slot, calling them before arrival if early.
  • Call the store or centre if running 30 or more minutes late.
  • Build relationships with colleagues to foster team spirit and improve customer experience.
  • Act warmly and welcomingly with customers and colleagues, saying thank you.
  • Respond quickly to changing customer needs and embrace change within the store.
  • Share ideas with managers and colleagues for store improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (Full or Automatic) with at least 12 months of driving history and no more than 3 penalty points.

Age Restrictions: Applicants must be over 18 if the role requires working before 06:15 am or after 09:45 pm, or involves working in areas such as warehouse, drinks, counters, bakery, or driving.
