The predicted salary is between 13 - 14 £ per hour.

Availability Window: Sun 10:00‑17:00, Thu 17:15‑21:45, Fri 17:15‑21:45, Sat 10:00‑18:00.

Pay: Starting at £13.28 an hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location. We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week; you may also work fewer hours down to a minimum of 12 if needed.

Responsibilities
  • Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride.
  • Working across the store in our service, picking and replenishment areas.
  • Putting into practice the training you have received, ensuring you work safely, effectively, and serve customers brilliantly.
  • Making decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines in-store that meet the needs of customers at the right time.
  • Participating in seasonal, community and charity events to create a great inclusive atmosphere.
  • Being knowledgeable about your store’s performance, understanding your role and what we need to do together to drive service and sales, reduce waste, shrink, and deliver profit.
  • Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
  • Living our values and making everyone feel welcome while always following our policies.
  • Accepting deliveries into the store when required.
