Availability Window: Mon 08:00 – 17:00, Wed 18:00 – 23:00, Fri 13:30 – 23:00, Sat 18:00 – 23:00

Pay: Starting at £14.18 per hour, with an increase to £15.45 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

Guaranteed Hours: We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. Candidates can also apply for 12 or more hours if preferred.

Shift Flexibility: Hours are scheduled within the availability windows. If your available times closely match these windows, we will consider you. A three-week notice is given for shift schedules.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the van and trays are clean and organised.
  • Keep the back yard tidy and pick up any litter.
  • Wash trays as part of the tray wash process.
  • Load the van and check roadworthiness.
  • Communicate with customers about changes, substitutions, and refunds.
  • Treat products as if they were your own.
  • Explain substitution charges to customers.
  • Deliver during the customer’s time slot.
  • Call the customer before arrival if early.
  • Call the store/centre if running 30 minutes or more late.
  • Build relationships with colleagues to support team spirit.
  • Provide welcoming interactions and thank customers.
  • Respond quickly to changing customer needs.
  • Maintain energy and drive to exceed expectations.
  • Share improvement ideas with managers and colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • UK/EU/EEA driving licence (Full or Automatic) with no more than 3 penalty points, held for at least 12 months.
  • Ability to comply with GB Domestic Driving Rules.

Eligibility & Equality:

All candidates aged 18 or over may apply. Applicants over 18 are required to work outside the hours 06:15‑09:45 or in certain areas such as warehouses, drinks, counters, bakery, or driving roles.
