Availability Window: Sun 15:00 – 23:00, Tue 11:00 – 20:00, Wed 15:00 – 23:00, Sat 15:00 – 23:00.

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. It is our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you would like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too and would still love to hear from you. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and you’ll have three weeks’ notice of exactly when your shifts will be. We are happy to support flexibility for our colleagues, so if the times you are available to work match closely but not exactly to the times we are advertising, we would still love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Know customers and serve them with passion and pride; give great natural service.
• Be passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within your store.
• Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
• Apply training so the team works safely, effectively and serves customers brilliantly.

• Accept deliveries into the store when required.

Required Minimum Age: Tesco will only recruit individuals who have passed the school leaver's age. We can only accept candidates over the age of 18 if the role requires working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm or involves working in certain areas such as the warehouse, beers, wines and spirits, counters, bakery and driving roles.
