They prepare food, keep our kitchens clean, and deliver the consistent quality our customers know and love. As a member of this team and someone who's dedicated to great service, you'll make sure every dish lives up to the promise of our menu, all while keeping our kitchen clean and tidy as you go. Responsibilities- Keeping kitchen equipment and utensils clean and tidy.
- Serving customers quickly, efficiently and with care.
- Following food safety and hygiene regulations while keeping daily records.
- Practising first in, first out (FIFO) stock rotation to keep our food fresh.
- Accepting deliveries and handling the safe storage of food.
- Being aware of (and following) all operational policies and procedures.
- Preparing, cooking, and serving food according to our caf's standards.
- Making sure we maintain our standards and all food products are available.
- Knowing our caf's menu inside and out and serving food exactly as it's intended.
- Resolving customer complaints and passing on information to the Caf' Manager.
- Staying up to date with business communications and exciting new initiatives.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety standards.
- The ability to work efficiently and maintain a clean environment.
- Comfortable working in a team.
