Availability Window

Days and times you need to be available: Sunday 14:00-23:00, Thursday 18:00-23:00, Friday 14:00-23:00, Saturday 14:00-23:00.

Pay & Hours

Pay starts from £13.28 per hour; £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply based on location. We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with the possibility of taking 12 hours. You will receive three weeks' notice of scheduled shifts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver great natural service to customers with passion and pride.
  • Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as needed.
  • Apply training to work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.
  • Make decisions that are right for customers and deliver routines that meet their needs at the right time.
  • Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
  • Understand store performance, identify your role in driving service, sales, reducing waste and shrink, and delivering profit.
  • Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure best condition for customers.
  • Live our values; make everyone feel welcome and follow policies.
  • Accept deliveries into the store when required.
  • Be a colleague who helps serve shoppers better every day, learns new things, and contributes to a diverse team.
