Responsibilities include knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride; giving great natural service. You should be passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within the store. The role involves working across the store in our service, picking and replenishment areas where required. You will put into practice the training you have received, ensuring we all work safely, effectively, and serve our customers brilliantly. Making decisions that are right for customers is essential, as well as delivering routines in store that meet the needs of customers at the right time. You will take part in seasonal, community, and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere. Being knowledgeable about your store's performance and understanding the part you play is important to drive service and sales, reduce waste and shrink, and deliver profit. Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition is crucial. You should be yourself, live our values, make everyone feel welcome, and always follow our policies. At times, you may be required to accept deliveries into the store.
Qualifications include a passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
