This role is based in our London Farringdon office and requires 3 days in the office., We're looking for a Mid-weight UX Researcher to help shape the future of our internal Enterprise and Data Science tools. Working alongside a Senior UX Researcher, you'll uncover user needs, behaviours and pain points to help create intuitive, effective experiences for colleagues, suppliers and Data Scientists. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research insights drive product, design and business decisions, ultimately helping users work more efficiently and make better decisions. You will be responsible for

  • Leading and delivering UX research across Enterprise and Data Science products and user journeys.
  • Planning and conducting research throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery through to post-launch evaluation.
  • Identifying user needs, behaviours, challenges and opportunities through a range of research methods.
  • Translating research findings into actionable insights and recommendations that inform product and design decisions.
  • Partnering with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Data Scientists and Analysts to embed user-centred thinking into product development.
  • Facilitating workshops, presentations and research playback sessions to share insights with stakeholders.
  • Supporting teams in balancing user needs, business goals and technical constraints to improve experiences.
  • Contributing to research strategy, best practices and the growth of user-centred design across the organisation.
  • Experience researching digital products, services, or platforms within enterprise or complex organisational environments.
  • Strong knowledge of qualitative research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, contextual enquiry, workshops and journey mapping.
  • Experience using quantitative methods such as surveys, analytics and data-driven insights.
  • Ability to independently plan, conduct and analyse research activities from end to end.
  • Strong communication, presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Data Scientists and Analysts in multidisciplinary teams.
  • A collaborative mindset, analytical thinking and a passion for understanding user needs and behaviours.

  • Annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary.
