Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available., A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.
Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
