Tesco PLC is seeking a Talent Partner for the Food function to own the end-to-end talent agenda, crafting strategic plans and turning them into action. You will partner with Food leadership to strengthen succession pipelines, champion diverse talent, and support leaders with performance conversations to ensure the right people are ready for the right opportunities.

You’ll use colleague insights, EVM data and business metrics to evolve talent priorities, lead calibration discussions, and drive.
