As a Maintenance Technician at Tesco across Stevenage and surrounding areas, you will play a vital role in ensuring our stores remain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues alike. You will be part of a skilled team responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of systems and equipment, helping to keep our operations running smoothly. Your work will directly impact the shopping experience of thousands of customers every day. Responsibilities

- General day to day store and property maintenance.
- Using mobile devices; phone and tablet, to drive the best approach in work completion and updates.
- Representing the Tesco brand by demonstrating our core values, maintaining a positive attitude & taking pride in wearing the Tesco uniform.
- Attending local and national meetings, providing valuable input and feedback.

This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high standards. As a vital part of our Maintenance team, you will demonstrate enthusiasm for maintaining high standards. With previous experience in a maintenance, engineering, or construction environment, you will be digitally confident using a tablet to view daily work schedules and manage emails.
