To protect our customer\βs property, people, and assets by providing security services in accordance with the site\βs published Assignment Instructions (AI\βs) and any subsequent updates.
β Deliver results that meet or exceed the Key Performance Indicators / Service Level Agreement for the customer, ensuring full responsibility and accountability, thereby supporting contract retention.
β Undertake additional training for continuous self-development.
Main Duties
Operations
- Ensure compliance with all policies, legal, and regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager and in accordance with UK Law and Guidance bodies.
- Complete all site tasks and duties as specified in the published Assignment Instructions (AI\βs).
- Review and familiarize oneself with the AI\βs regularly, suggesting amendments to improve service quality.
- Obtain and wear the required front-line licences (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) at all times, including a CCTV PSS SIA Licence and other contractual courses.
- Follow instructions and procedures appropriately, respecting authority.
- Work systematically and methodically.
Training
- Complete all competency training satisfactorily.
- Engage in additional training for self-improvement as directed.
- Utilize technology for work objectives and professional development.
- Renew licences at least 16 weeks before expiry.
Security and Health & Safety
- Report hazards or potential hazards immediately.
- Stay alert to threats or environmental changes, taking appropriate action.
- Maintain professional conduct in challenging situations.
- Accurately record incidents in a notebook promptly for reports.
- Adhere to schedules and demonstrate commitment to Mitie and the client.
- Conduct check calls as stipulated in the AI\βs.
- Report incidents to emergency services and communication centres.
