Join the F&F Online Marketing team as our Performance Marketing & Effectiveness Manager and play a key role in shaping how we reach, inspire, and convert our digital customers. In this role, you'll own the measurement, tracking, and evaluation of our online marketing activity across the full customer journey — ensuring every interaction delivers impact. You'll drive the performance of our paid and owned channels, making sure marketing investment supports our customer, trading, and commercial goals. Working closely with internal teams and agency partners, you'll transform data into meaningful insights, optimise channel performance, and influence decision‑making across the digital ecosystem. This is a pivotal role for F&F Online, ensuring our marketing activity is measurable, effective, and continuously improving. You will be responsible for Online Performance & Media Effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Owning the performance measurement of F&F Online marketing activity across lower funnel media activity.
- Supporting overall effectiveness monitoring for owned online channels, including paid media, organic social, affiliates, and on‑site touchpoints.
- Assessing how online channels work together across the funnel, including assist and halo effects.
- Leading audience tracking across online journeys.
- Supporting online media investment and budget allocation decisions through clear, data‑led insight.
- Owning digital tracking frameworks for F&F Online including attribution model (UTMs, tagging, pixels, Adobe Analytics, media and social platforms).
- Ensuring accurate and consistent data capture across paid and owned online touchpoints.
- Partnering with Analytics to develop and maintain online performance dashboards and reporting.
- Supporting attribution, incrementality testing, and media effectiveness learning for online activity and its role in F&F media ecosystem.
- Analyzing the online customer journey from first digital touchpoint through to purchase and repeat behaviour.
- Tracking and reporting on online KPIs across lower funnel activity.
- Measuring the contribution of owned online channels, such as organic social and on‑site content, within the wider funnel.
- Identifying drop‑offs, opportunities, and optimisation levers across the online marketing funnel.
- Translating complex online performance data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Working with channel owners and agency partners to optimise online marketing campaigns based on performance insight.
- Embedding a Test and Learn approach across digital activity to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Championing best practice in online performance measurement and effectiveness.
- Acting as the online performance measurement lead for F&F Online marketing.
- Partnering closely with Paid Media, Social, Brand, CRM, Digital Trading, and Analytics teams to provide performance insight.
- Providing measurement and effectiveness insight for owned online channels, without owning channel execution.
- Challenging agencies on online performance, measurement, and optimisation approaches.
- Presenting online performance insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of online and digital marketing measurement across paid and owned channels.
- Expertise in digital tracking, tagging, and analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, G4A, pixels, UTMs).
- Ability to analyse and interpret online performance data to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
- Experience with attribution, incrementality testing, and online media effectiveness.
- Strong communication skills, with experience presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insight.
- Experience in performance marketing, digital analytics, or media effectiveness.
- Hands‑on experience with GA4/Adobe, ad platforms, and digital reporting tools.
- Proven ability to analyse performance across the online marketing funnel.
- Experience working with agencies managing online media investment.
- Experience in e‑commerce or online retail (fashion desirable).
