Pay details: £12.45 an hour (increases to £13.66 for stores inside the M25). For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
Minimum guaranteed hours: 16 per week. Flexibility: works minimal 12 hours if needed.

- Serve customers to the best of our ability, delivering great natural service and meeting their needs.
- Work across the store, including service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
- Apply training to work safely, effectively and to serve customers brilliantly.
- Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines in store that meet needs at the right time.
- Take part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere.
- Be knowledgeable about store performance, understanding your role in driving service, sales, reducing waste/shrink and delivering profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.

- Accept store deliveries as required.
