Design and implement business rules and data quality controls to support key Finance processes. Proven ability to design and implement data quality rules, controls and testing approaches.

About the role

We're looking for a Data Governance & Quality Lead to play a key role in delivering critical Finance transformation projects. Working across business and technology teams, you'll help ensure that the data underpinning our end-to-end Finance processes is understood, governed, and controlled. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll often be starting with a blank sheet of paper, bringing together stakeholders from across Product, Engineering, Process and Programme teams to define metadata, establish business rules, implement data quality controls, and support successful project delivery. You'll combine strong data governance expertise with stakeholder management skills to ensure high-quality, trusted data is embedded into core business processes and operating models.You will be responsible for Lead data governance and data quality workstreams across complex transformation projects. Define and curate metadata, including critical data elements, business, Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across Business, Product, Engineering and Programme teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate requirements into practical solutions.
