Compensation:

Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 per hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. It is our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you would like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too and would still love to hear from you.

About the Role:

It takes lots of different people to run a store and this is a job for doers, with plenty of variety. It is a committed role, full of everyday challenges, but that’s one of the things that makes it so exciting. As a Shift Leader, you will be working in a fast paced retail environment where no day is the same. You will take ownership of activities by co‑ordinating a team to deliver. As the customer is at the heart of everything we do, you will be constantly looking for ways to improve service in your store through on‑the‑job coaching and feedback. You will have a great understanding of how your team is performing and be the expert in delivering practical actions for its improvement by taking a hands‑on approach. With your guidance, your area will always remain a safe place to work and shop.
