Responsibilities
- Resolving customer complaints and relaying information to the Café Manager.
- Maintaining food freshness by following first in, first out (FIFO) stock rotation.
- Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations while keeping daily records.
- Accepting deliveries and handling the safe storage of food.
- Being aware of (and following) all operational policies and procedures.
- Clearing and sanitising tables so our café stays clean.
- Making sure we maintain our standards and all food products are available.
- Staying up‑to‑date with business communications and exciting new initiatives.
- Knowing our café's menu inside out and making sure food is served the way it’s intended.
- Preparing hot and cold drinks for customers.
Qualifications
