As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our organization by enhancing our Salesforce instance, particularly focusing on Service Cloud and custom implementations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, administrators, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and other technologies.
- Designing and implementing solutions for Service Cloud, including case management, knowledge base, and customer support processes.
- Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Salesforce solutions.
- Creating technical documentation, including user guides, release notes, and design documents.
- Troubleshooting and fixing bugs, ensuring the stability and functionality of the application.
- Participating in code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
- Staying up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends.
You will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or equivalent certification.
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Administrator certifications are desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
- Experience with Service Cloud, including case management and knowledge base.
- Experience with custom integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing settings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
