Office Attendance – Hybrid; you should be able to travel to an office 2 days per week for this position.

What you’ll be doing
- Design and maintain an IT Service Continuity framework in alignment with organisational policies and best practices
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in IT services and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
- Perform Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to determine the criticality of IT services and establish recovery time objectives (RTO) and recovery point objectives (RPO)
- Create and oversee the development of IT Service Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans, ensuring they are regularly tested and updated
- Lead training sessions and awareness programs for staff on IT service continuity procedures and practices
- Collaborate with the Incident Management team to investigate service disruptions and initiate appropriate recovery actions
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of continuity plans, procedures, and any changes made to them
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Prepare reports for senior management and regulators as required
What we need you to have
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across all levels
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a strategic focus during crises
- Proficient in IT service management tools and technologies
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Service Management, including roles that focus on Disaster Recovery and service continuity
- Proven track record of developing successful IT Service Continuity plans and managing disaster recovery processes
- Experience in risk management and risk assessment methodologies
- Experience of working with cross-functional teams including third party service providers
- Familiarity with compliance requirements relevant to IT continuity, such as PCI DSS, GDPR, or similar frameworks
