We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Insurance Money and Services team. You’ll be working in a newly developed team that is driving the launch of Tesco Life Insurance, looking for ways to drive growth for the new product. This role will be key in delivering success as we enter the Life Insurance Market – doing what is right for customers & delivering on projected targets.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns through targeted, well branded and engaging communication assets.
- Develop and deliver budget plans with guidance from senior colleagues, ensuring that marketing plans reach the targets set.
- Responsible for annual plans and marketing commercial forecasting.
- Brief and collaborate with agency partners to ensure that creative and media planning is right for the product and meets the objectives of the campaign.
- Optimise campaigns by performance reviewing existing work and implement innovation processes to generate new ideas, ensure continuous improvements are delivered and make campaigns simpler to execute with stakeholders and our agencies.
We need you to have:
- Proven success in a marketing role (agency or brand) – across both performance and mid-funnel marketing activity.
- Experience managing & delivering brilliant creative & marketing to drive growth to a business.
- Budget management skill & a proven track record of delivering on targets.
- A passion for marketing and customer-centric thinking, bringing enthusiasm and excitement to your work.
- CRM, personalisation and owned media experience (even better).
- An understanding of what makes a brilliant creative.
- Experience in life insurance or other protect insurance products.
- Experience in go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
