We are actively recruiting for our Business Partnering and FP&A teams and would love to talk to you about how these roles can fit your career aspirations.

In Business Partnering roles, you'll provide insights, challenge decisions, and offer strategic support to key areas such as Product, Customer, and Channels. Your financial and commercial expertise will help shape the business, drive value opportunities, and influence decisions.

As a Lead FP&A Manager, you’ll work across key areas such as Customer, Property, Technology, Procurement, Telecoms, and Trade Analysis, ensuring accurate performance reporting, co‑ordinating our management accounts and leading on strategic planning and budgeting.

Business Partner

  • Provide relevant insights on the performance of key projects to leadership teams in Product, Customer, or Channels.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to challenge and influence strategic projects for their function.
  • Manage forecasts and project results, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
  • Offer financial expertise to constructively challenge business initiatives and recommend improvements.
  • Proactively identify risks and propose solutions to mitigate potential issues.
  • Support decision‑making processes to close performance gaps and drive value.
  • Lead performance review meetings, working closely with both business and global support function teams.
  • Review, adjust and communicate strategic and operational plans to relevant commercial and operational teams.
  • Champion initiatives that drive efficiency and foster a cost‑conscious culture.

FP&A

  • Stand over monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and providing insightful commentary.
  • Coordinate the annual strategic planning and budgeting processes.
  • Support the Finance Director and senior leaders with ad‑hoc projects and transformation initiatives.
  • Maximise the potential of global support functions and contribute to their development.

Qualifications

  • Accountancy qualification – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
  • Proven experience driving strategic priorities in large, fast‑paced organisations.
  • Experience collaborating with senior colleagues across functions.
  • Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in planning and budgeting.
  • Retail industry experience is preferred, specifically related to any of Property, Technology or Marketing.
