We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Franchise Site Finder to identify potential new store locations. This role involves conducting due diligence, site research, data collation, and preparing viability reports to support our Franchise recruitment team.
To apply for this role you must be located within the following areas : Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Gloucestershire and Northamptonshire.
Essential Functions
- Identify and appraise competitor opportunities suitable to trade as One Stop franchise stores
- Liaise with developers and commercial agents to find suitable locations to support existing franchisee growth and criteria
- Conduct profiling of geographical areas to identify suitable Forecourt and competitor stores along with potential vacant retail franchise opportunities
- Develop extensive knowledge of the assigned territory including areas of future residential growth and commercial development
- Ensure proposed sites meet the required criteria for new stores
- Work closely with regional Franchise recruitment Managers to support the recruitment process
- Produce summary reports of new store opportunities
- Complete gridding exercises to find targeted franchise locations and partners
- Engage prospective store business owners to discuss the franchise proposition creating ‘warm leads’ for the recruitment team.
- Support the Recruitment team to prepare scorecards for presentation at property governance meetings
- Create target lists of potential forecourt locations and multiple businesses.
- Build an accurate and comprehensive list of target sites for franchise marketing purposes.
General
- Maintain an up-to-date contacts list of Commercial Agents and Developers
- Build a knowledge of the franchise model and criteria to support recruitment conversations
- Ensure a steady flow of warm leads to fulfil the new store opening programme
- Ensure One Stop’s new store requirements are communicated to all interested parties and monitor performance of new stores to review at the end of the financial year
- Following our business code of conduct and always acting with integrity & due diligence, manage & conduct work activities in such a way as to ensure the safety, health & welfare at work of all colleagues & customer
