Job Description
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in daily store operations by providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments, and maintaining the storeβs appearance.
You will focus on enhancing customer experience through on-the-job coaching and feedback, ensuring the store remains a safe and welcoming environment.
You will be Responsible For
- Serving customers with passion and pride, delivering natural, great service.
- Encouraging customer feedback through surveys.
- Working across all store areas including online, tills, replenishment, vending, and stock routines.
- Following safety training and procedures.
- Participating in seasonal, community, and charity events to foster an inclusive atmosphere.
- Understanding store performance and working collaboratively to meet goals.
- Living our values, making everyone feel welcome, and adhering to policies.
- Clocking in and out accurately for proper payment.
- Following security procedures and wearing safety equipment.
- Following the \’think 25\’ policy when serving age-restricted products.
- Responding promptly to assistance calls and explaining actions to customers.
- Keeping the store organized and aisles clear.
- Potentially managing shifts in the absence of managers.
- Completing all relevant training to ensure safety and compliance.
- If applicable, managing Post Office operations and passing necessary background checks.
