The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 Β£ per year.
This role will put you at the forefront of our Business Centre. It is a fast-moving, challenging role that offers great exposure to our vibrant customer base, allowing you to influence the service we provide. You will manage a team of over 40 colleagues and play a key role within the store\’s management team, including serving as Duty Manager at times throughout the week.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring team compliance with legal standards and company procedures.
- Training your team in cash handling to minimize losses.
- Controlling debt and recovering overdue or failed payments from customers.
- Maintaining accurate and timely payroll records.
- Engaging with customers to resolve issues and gather feedback to improve service.
- Liaising with other department supervisors to monitor delivery orders.
- Managing a team focused on customer service in reception and checkout areas.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and enjoyment in managing a team.
- Excellent communication skills with some supervisory or managerial experience.
