We\βre looking for a Supplier Manager to join our Banking team at Tesco Bank.
You\βll ensure a full understanding of the services provided to your allocated business area by Strategic suppliers, engaging relevant internal stakeholders and report on performance, service, and risk exposures.
What you\βll be doing
- Managing key internal client and customer relationships. Ensure business objectives and supplier objectives remain aligned and within rules of business conduct. Governing the relationship for maximum value, including review meetings
- Identifying Trends, summarise findings and give feedback on existing contract performance, provide as input to new contract processes to negotiations/renegotiations.
- Delivering required outcomes by managing day-to-day relationships with contract service providers while working within a contract management plan, in line with regulatory supplier compliance management framework.
- Working with Procurement & Legal to review, maintain and re-negotiate the necessary legal contracts.
- Ensuring that business activities within your area of responsibility comply with relevant external regulatory and voluntary codes and with internal policies and procedures.
- Identifying and evaluating risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated, escalating where appropriate.
- Planning and delivering stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective working relationships and to ensure that stakeholder needs, and concerns are identified and me.
We need you to have
- Experience of managing suppliers in a large, regulated, or controlled environment.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Experience of balancing priorities in a fast paced, consistently changing environment to meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of FCA/PRA regulations relating to outsourcing and supplier activity.
- Risk, Conduct and Compliance Management.
- Excellent relationship management and influencing skills at all levels.
- Understanding of supplier commercial contracts.
