We\βre looking for a Senior Customer Value Manager to join our Savings team at Tesco Bank, part of Barclays Bank UK Plc.
- Reporting to the Head of Customer Acquisition for Savings, this role will be key in supporting the delivery of our trade and balance targets for the Savings business.
- You\βll have the opportunity to work closely with our Marketing and Customer teams, blending commercial targets and knowledge with customer led insights to inform and develop our approach to customer acquisition.
- You\βll also be able to help deepen our understanding of the Savings market ensure we\βre set up for success to deliver great outcomes for customers.

What you\βll be doing
- Working closely with stakeholders from across the business to deliver against ongoing trade/balance targets for our Savings products.
- Management of BAU product performance including identifying opportunities to ensure our acquisition journeys and approach to acquiring new business is constantly optimised.
- Business case development and prioritisation of channel and trade driving activities to achieve long term plan forecasts and recruit value adding accounts.
- Operate a continuous improvement feedback loop with the Product Development teams to ensure delivery of planned continuous improvement projects and the associated benefits as early as possible.
- Monitor and review product performance and customer behaviours throughout the acquisition funnel to identify and resolve non-compliance with Bank policies and relevant regulatory codes/codes of conduct.
- Manage commercial results by analysing customer and market trends, monitoring financial results and adjusting/optimising planned activity accordingly.
We need you to have
- Financial serviced background with Savings experience.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to lead a team of varying skill sets and experience to deliver against key objectives and projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in customer acquisition, particularly marketing strategies.
- Risk management experience.
