Location – Edinburgh – 12 Month FTC
Office Attendance – Our roles are hybrid. However, you should be able to travel to our Edinburgh office 2-3 days for this position.

We\’re looking for a Senior Customer Value Manager to join our Savings team at Tesco Bank, part of Barclays Bank UK Plc.
This role reports to our Head of Proposition for Savings supporting the development of new and existing savings products to support the growth of our business and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You\’ll be working as the leader of a Product team, working closely with colleagues in Technology and Commercial to deliver improvements within our digital and online proposition to take our customer journeys to the next level.
What you\’ll be doing

  • You will play a pivotal role shaping the direction of what we will deliver, working with stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and how we develop the backlog of work for our team.
  • Working with our commercial teams to agree the objectives for business and developing solutions with the product teams that will delight our customers and manage our risks.
  • It\’s a dynamic role, working in a Trifecta with Solutions Architects and Release Train Engineers to lead the wider product team of engineers, analysts, product owners and design. Our teams are set up to ensure that we deliver change end to end.
  • Owning the backlog for our Savings products, working with commercial and customer teams to ensure that our product roadmaps deliver benefits to our customers and meet our regulatory requirements.
  • Business case development to ensure that we prioritise work effectively, taking into account our commitments to regulatory change.

We need you to have

  • Product management experience within financial services, ideally working in a SAFe Agile environment.
  • Ability to lead a matrix team of product, design, engineers whilst liaising with commercial teams to ensure customer value.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills as this role will include exposure to Leadership Team.

And if you have any of these, even better

  • Experience in financial services, and Savings, would be preferable.
  • Risk management experience.
