Office Attendance β Our roles are hybrid; however, you should be able to travel to our Edinburgh office 2 days per week for this position.

What you\βll be doing
- Working with key stakeholders you\βll co-ordinate and deliver Scheme Attestations within the Tesco Bank, including but not limited to LINK, Pay.UK & SWIFT, in line with the Bank\βs Scheme Attestation Framework.
- You\βll be responsible for ensuring that the Bank is aware of its ongoing compliance responsibilities along with managing scheme compliance risks. Collaborating with key internal (Tesco Bank and Barclays) and external stakeholders ensure that the Business has appropriate controls in place and that actions are progressed to address identified weaknesses.
- Act as a payments compliance champion to ensure the Bank is aware of changes by liaising with the Schemes on a regular basis.
- Represent the Bank at Scheme Committees and Working Groups, providing updates to key stakeholders to assess required changes in policies, process, or systems and responding to scheme consultations and information requests.

- Demonstrable understanding of Payment Schemes technical capability.
- A proactive approach with the ability to create and implement solutions.
- A strong communicator, with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience of managing senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in risk management and governance processes.

- Previous payments and/or banking experience.
- A card scheme or non-card payment/switching scheme compliance and/or wider compliance/risk management background.
- Demonstrable experience of managing similar attestations or process.
