What you’ll be doing:
- Drive revenue growth across in-store channels through commercial analysis, forecasting, and performance optimisation.
- Own financial planning and performance management for the ATM value stream, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and P&L support.
- Deliver data-driven insights and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop business cases and lead initiatives that improve profitability, enhance customer propositions, and optimise business performance.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across Finance and the wider business, providing leadership through effective people and matrix management.
- Uploading, validating and maintaining supplier data within commercial models that support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.
What we’re looking for (minimum criteria):
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and driving revenue growth.
- Advanced analytical skills, including Excel modelling and the use of Power BI (or similar) to deliver actionable business insights.
- Experience building business cases and using data to support strategic decision-making.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Technology, and external partners.
- Proven track record of identifying opportunities to improve business performance, customer outcomes, and profitability.

- Experience within Financial Services, Payments, Banking, or a similarly regulated commercial environment is advantageous.
