Why this role?

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of our key aggregator, otherwise known as price comparison, partnerships and play an important role in driving customer growth and commercial performance. You'll work closely with leading aggregator partners, influencing strategy, optimising performance, and identifying new opportunities to deliver value for both our customers and the business.

Working within the Product team and reporting to the Aggregator Lead, you'll collaborate with colleagues across Pricing, Commercial, Product, Finance and Operations, as well as senior stakeholders within partner organisations. The role offers excellent exposure to strategic decision-making, commercial negotiations and partnership management, providing a strong platform for continued career development within Tesco Insurance and Money Services.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and manage relationships with key aggregator partners, ensuring strong collaboration and delivery against commercial objectives.
  • Monitor, analyse and drive performance across aggregator channels, identifying opportunities to improve growth, conversion and profitability.
  • Lead regular business reviews with partners, providing insight, recommendations and action plans to optimise performance.
  • Collaborate with technology, pricing, product and operational teams to support successful delivery of commercial initiatives.
  • Ensure robust governance, compliance and contractual obligations are maintained across partner relationships.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities that enhance customer acquisition, customer value and long-term business growth.

What we’re looking for (minimum criteria):

  • 3+ years’ experience as a key account manager responsible for supplier, contract and commercial management of high value supplier accounts.
  • Experience interpreting detailed performance data and using this to deliver value to the business and supplier objectives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience working with multi-functional internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deliver key business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

And if you have any of these, even better:

  • Experience working with insurance, financial services or regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of price comparison websites/aggregator channels.
  • Commercial negotiation and contract management experience.
  • Experience delivering customer acquisition or digital growth initiatives.

We welcome applications from everyone. If you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t align perfectly with every requirement, we’d still love to hear from you.

What’s in it for you:

  • A generous pension, with up to 7.5% employer contribution, depending on what you put in.
  • Private Medical Insurance (WL2+) and virtual GP Service for you and your family.
  • Performance related annual bonus.
  • 7.2 weeks holiday, with the opportunity to buy more.
  • Colleague Clubcard discount (10-15% + second card to share with someone else).
  • Enhanced parental leave.
  • Opportunities to Save and Buy as you earn.
  • A place to get on - take advantage of our ongoing learning opportunities to help you achieve the job and career you want.
