We’re looking for an APMO Analyst to join our Agile Portfolio Management Office (APMO) team at Tesco Bank, part of Barclays Bank UK Plc and help shape the future of delivery excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support agile governance compliance and reporting across multiple value streams.
- Manage multiple data source to maintain and evolve portfolio dashboards and tooling (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Power BI).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.
- Help embed agile ways of working and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to planning, risk management, and delivery tracking activities.
- Champion agile ways of working and support continuous improvement initiatives.
We need you to
- Experience in a PMO, delivery, or agile environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in reporting tools, data visualisation and developing and communicating insight.
- A proactive mindset and excellent communication skills with a strong focus on attention to detail.
- Effective Stakeholder engagement across diverse teams.
And if you have any of these, even better
- Familiarity with agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Proficiency in reporting tools and data visualisation (Power BI, Excel, Jira).
- Exposure to financial tracking and benefits realisation.
