Role overview: The PPC Manager will lead PPC campaign strategy and execution across search and paid social platforms. The role is responsible for driving qualified traffic, supporting pipeline and acquisition goals, and delivering clear performance insights and optimisation recommendations across campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead PPC campaign strategy and execution across multiple products and audience segments.
- Proactively recommend campaign direction, targeting, messaging approaches, and budget allocation based on business priorities and performance insights.
- Own the day-to-day management, optimisation, and reporting of PPC campaigns across paid search, display, and paid social platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify risks, opportunities, and optimisation actions to improve results.
- Provide clear and regular reporting on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, MQLs, and ROI to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are well planned, clearly briefed, and delivered on time.
- Maintain clear campaign planning, timelines, ownership, and delivery processes across PPC activity.
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to align PPC activity with wider business and marketing objectives.
- Confidently communicate recommendations, challenge where appropriate, and drive actions forward.
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and platform setup across campaigns and conversion events.
- Support continuous improvement of PPC processes, campaign workflows, reporting, and briefing standards.
What will you need to succeed? Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other paid media platforms.
- Experience working across international and multi-product environments.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
- Ability to independently manage priorities, make recommendations, and lead PPC direction with confidence.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working collaboratively with Product Marketing, Creative, Data, and wider business teams.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to campaign management and optimisation.
- Comfortable working autonomously while maintaining strong collaboration across teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
