We’re hiring a Strategic Account Executive based in London (Hybrid – 3 days in-office, 2 from home).

Salary: Up to £65,000 + £35,000 uncapped commission

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Reports to: Senior Enterprise Sales Director

Are you a strategic seller with a passion for tech and education? Join Tes, a global Education leader supporting schools and teachers through innovative software-enabled solutions. You’ll lead commercial strategy, manage senior relationships, and deliver tailored solutions across our software portfolio.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts
  • Develop and close complex, high-value commercial deals
  • Retain, upsell, and cross-sell Tes software solutions
  • Engage and influence C-level decision-makers
  • Use market insight to shape account strategies and proposals

What you’ll bring:

  • A proven track record in B2B sales with strong revenue results
  • Experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts
  • Confident negotiating and selling at a senior level
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking skills
