Role Overview
As a Timetable Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting schools with our advanced timetabling software. Designed to tackle even the most complex schedules, our solutions prioritise teacher choices and welfare, helping schools function seamlessly while reducing teacher workload. You will be part of a customer-focused team, delivering training, onboarding, and technical support for schools. This is an exciting opportunity to empower educators and improve the educational journey for pupils through innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective training to customers on our timetabling software.
- Onboard new customers, including seamless data migration.
- Provide technical support to schools via email, virtual calls, and phone.
- Assist schools in syncing data with their MIS systems.
- Construct efficient timetable solutions in collaboration with schools.
- Stay updated on software developments and contribute to testing and feedback.
- Liaise with internal teams (training, sales, documentation) to ensure cohesive support for customers.
- Collect and review customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate client records in internal systems.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Report bugs and client-suggested features to the development team.
- Support other areas of the business as required by management.
What Will You Need to Succeed?
Experience: Proven experience in whole school timetabling or school data management.
Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of spreadsheet and database software. Familiarity with school operations and MIS systems. Advanced ICT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
Skills: Excellent numerical and analytical skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Outstanding communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and clients. Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities. Resilient, enthusiastic team player with a commitment to continuous development.
