The Salesforce Administrator will play a key role in ensuring our Salesforce platform effectively supports the needs of the business. Working closely with stakeholders across multiple teams, this role focuses on enabling scalable, reliable and well‑governed Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency, data quality and positive user experiences.
- Act as one of the administrators and subject‑matter experts for the Salesforce platform, ensuring it remains stable, scalable and aligned with business needs.
- Partner with stakeholders across multiple teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce functionality including flows, automations, validation rules, security models and custom settings.
- Support continuous improvement of business processes through well‑designed Salesforce enhancements and data‑driven solutions.
- Ensure high standards of data quality, governance and system documentation.
- Contribute to agile delivery practices, participating in planning, prioritisation and iterative improvement cycles.
- Provide guidance, best practice advice and support to Salesforce users to drive adoption and effective use of the platform.
Requirements:
- Salesforce certified Admin and App Builder.
- 3+ years of administration experience in Salesforce.
- Experience with flow, workflows, validation rules, custom settings, and Salesforce formula language.
- Meticulous attention to detail and an ability to adhere to agile/business processes.
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task with a flexible approach to work.
- Experience of/training in agile IT delivery methodologies.
- Experience of CPQ within Salesforce.
- Previous experience with related business systems/technologies such as AWS, Freshdesk or Hubspot.
